I received the phone call with the total of my order and had a money order or cashier's check and mailed it to AES. Now the UPS delivery driver says I have to pay them; what's going on?

Please do not mail the money orders or cashier's checks to AES if you have placed an order to be delivered COD or CASH ONLY. The delivery driver will pick up the payment from you and forward it to us.
Why can't I use credit cards to purchase products?
AES does not currently accept credit cards for any purchases, only approved company checks, money orders, cashier's checks or cash. Customers can apply for credit or company check approval with us. You can find downloadable Credit Applications forms on our Downloads page. Simply download and print the form, then fax it back to us at the number provided.

If a customer's check bounces, or has a recent write-off, it is our policy to change the customer's status with us to CASH ONLY. You will be notified by mail when this happens. If you feel that your account has been wrongly changed, please call us and discuss this with our billing department.

Usually this has to do with your internet browser and a previous failed attempt to log in. Go to the page where you enter your login information, then refresh/reload the page , a command you should find in the "View" menu (F5 key on IE, Ctrl-R on Mozilla). (Click here to go to the Login page)
If you still cannot log into the store, we recommend checking with your browser's Help menu, then considering contacting your ISP for support. This site uses "PHP" scripting, not considered to be malicious in it's operation. We do not host this site ourselves, and we have tested the site and found that it will work with all popular browser software (Internet Explorer, Mozilla/SeaMonkey/Firefox/Camino, Safari, Opera and others). We also suggest you take a look at your security settings and see if perhaps your settings are blocking access. We cannot offer any support beyond what is created for the store.
