WAI Announces Merger with AES

Wetherill Associates, Inc. (WAI)
is pleased to announce that they have entered into agreement to merge
with Auto Electric Suppliers (AES), of Miramar, FL.

This merger, estimated to be complete in September, will provide many positive
effects to the industry and will be a “win-win” situation for customers, suppliers and
WAI/AES. With the extensive experience shared between WAI and AES, the industry
can look forward to significant added value including industry leading supply chain
management and extensive offerings of world class quality products including late model
alternators, starters and component parts for domestic and import applications.
Both companies look forward to providing improved products and services enabled by
this exciting partnership.

New Credit Application Posted

The credit applcation from AES has now been replaced by a form from WAI.
Customers wishing to apply for credit should download this form,
print it, fill it out and return it to us for processing.
